Our process (Interior designers):

We pride ourselves on being the most accommodating, customizable logistics partner in our industry. Our quality & attention to detail can be applied to each unique project that we complete.

Below we outline our process:

Pickup & receiving:

We are conveniently located within 15 minutes of HPFM, Murrows transfer & Brooks furniture express. We can receive product via dock delivery. Also, we offer manufacturer pickup from Hickory, Seagrove, the Triad & surrounding areas.

Communication:

Once we have received a shipment, we will document what was received & send an update for your records.

Inspection:

Arguably the most valuable aspect of our process. Within 4-6 business days, all product is inspected, added to inventory, wrapped and labeled. This ensures a smooth process going forward.

Storage:

This is an option for ongoing projects, market samples or unused items. We provide temp controlled storage, charged per sq ft, per month.

Scheduling:

For standard White Glove delivery, we schedule routes that generally cover either the North or Southeast region. For dedicated/expedited delivery or large installs, flexibility on delivery is provided. We are happy to communicate scheduling details with the project manager, or directly with the resident/property manager.

Loading & Transport:

When loading, we take extra precaution to ensure all product arrives in pristine condition. We utilize extra materials and equipment to prepare product for road conditions. Our trucks are tracked & locked while traveling.

Scheduling updates & communication:

We want our partnering designers & customers to enjoy the reduced stress experience we provide. We firmly believe this is curated through consistent communication. All projects will be assigned a direct WGS account to manager.

Arrival:

We value presentation & client experience. With such time & money invested, there is much excitement on install day. We take every possible step to create a calm, enjoyable environment as we deliver not only product, but your vision & our collective customer experience.

Preparation & Installation:

We will do a walkthrough of the property to gameplan available entrances, prepare entry points, floors, as well as assembly & staging areas. This further displays our attention to detail & gives all parties involved peace of mind.
